Renders a flag icon and wikilink to Madagasika. This template is equivalent to {{flag|Madagascar}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code for Madagascar as a shorthand editing convenience.
You can also use {{MAD}} (which is a redirect to this template) because "MAD" is the IOC code and FIFA code for Madagascar.
